Natasha here, a Houston wedding photographer situated in Laporte. Photographing people on their most significant days has been my passion for almost four years, and I've spent the last year focusing on weddings in Houston and Austin.
Consider the following while developing a ‘theme’ for your engagement session and include your hobbies:
If you’re a huge sports fan, you can wear your team’s jerseys or other team paraphernalia to show your support. Wearing vintage-inspired clothing can go right in with your vintage-themed wedding. If you’re a fan of dressing up and going out on the town, you can do so in your photographs. As a couple, use your wardrobe to show off your shared interests and Hobbies.
Bringing props to your session is the most straightforward way to include your passions into your session. There could be a game of Scrabble or a guitar, or perhaps some paint for a colorful and crazy session. From taking your dog for a walk on the lake to bringing a picnic, there is something for everyone here.
Another option to include your passions is to consider areas that are meaningful to you. Where did the two of you meet? Where did he make his proposal? We can visit a lake, a sports stadium, a theater, your favorite pub or park, a hotel, or a county fair, among other places. Consider the locations where you and your friends enjoy spending time together. We’re always open to new ideas, so simply tell us what you’re thinking!
These are merely suggestions to assist you and your fiancé in deciding what to do during your session that is specific to you and your relationship, rather than generic suggestions. Whatever pastime or prop you select, remember that you are the most important person in the world.
